  • Start 07:15 - 5k RP* >26mins.

  • Start 07:30 - 5k RP* 21mins - 26mins.

  • Start 07:45 - 5k RP* <21mins.

• 18km Yellow Loop:

  • Start 07:15 - 5k time <21mins.
