Dawn League Albury-Wodonga Monthly Group Run!
After heading to Bright last month we are keeping it local AND getting hills in.
We have made the start time a bit later to allow you all to get extra km’s in should it be in the plan - just please don’t be late!

3 x Pace groups, ordered with relevance to their start time with the the group taking the longest leaving first.
Pace Group 3 - 24:00-28:00 5k RP*

Pace Group 2 - 20:00-24:00 5k RP*

Pace Group 1 - <20:00 5k RP*

Followed by Refuelling 🥐 and Hydration ☕️ at Frankies.
NOTE: Please follow the Strava link and download the .gpx file for your groups route and add it to your watch, if your watch has the capabilities. We will try and arrange group leads but you are responsible for your own run
*5k RP (Race Pace) is used as a very rough guide to help you know which group to go with. The groups have a wide range and will accomodating to the pace required, however, please do not go up a group if you do not fit within the pace bracket. Moving down is okay, although, you must run to the the groups pace and not your pace.
